Prior to PUR processing, we begin with the initial project engineering meeting. This is followed by the product development phase and the design work. After this production of molded parts begin and is followed by assembly of articles ranging from individual parts to complete assembled systems.
In PUR processing at Thieme, cost-effective aluminium tooling with a short build time are used. These aluminium molds are also very easy to recycle.
